Workouts can be tiring, but much more tiring is going through life full of stress, full of worry and anxiety, and feeling sad a lot of the time.
When you have been in that situation for a long tine, like many people have been, changing those feelings to ones of hope, peace, happiness and fulfilment are like night and day changes.
Everyone wants clarity in their lives, not lurching from one crisis to another, one end of the world moment to another disaster waiting to happen.
Getting our stuff in order starts with allowing ourselves to feel better, and that means we need to change our daily routines.
Instead of not leaving the settee much, we need to move more, we need more fresh air daily, we need to challenge ourselves again in life daily and we need to re-discover our true ability and potential in life once again.
Instead of eating food on the run from convenience stores, we need to commit to eating healthier, realising what we put in our body has a direct effect on the way we feel, the way we look and the way we perform in every area of our lives.
Instead of avoiding company, we need to seek out positive influences and environments that will uplift us and encourage us to get on our feet again, get our confidence back and most of all, our self belief that may have been missing for a long time.
Don’t let your circumstances define you, committing to getting healthier will automatically change your mindset and your workout has been proven to be just the spark you need in your life, transforming dull days into ones of great possibility and hope, and once your mind changes for the better, EVERYTHING in your life looks a lot better in ALL areas..

Most people do not like obstacles- me included, but it’s challenges are the only way we improve, the only way we take action and the only way we get better.
Setbacks come and go, but setbacks are the only way we set up comebacks.
Everyone loves a comeback story, but we have to experience adversity first to make that happen in the first place, and everyone experiences adversity at some time in their lives, life is always waiting for us to fight back strong every time.
When we grow up, we imagine life as easy, but you should realise now that NOTHING comes easy and anything worth getting needs to be FOUGHT for.
Exercising regularly is one of life’s great tests but transforms your life, eating right 80% of the time can often be testing but ultimately changes the way you feel, look and perform, doing great things is NOT for the “lucky” or “chosen few”, it’s for the ones who relentlessly put the hard work in and are consistent enough to see it through no matter what.
