We all want miracles to happen, and sometimes they do, but we have to play our part in the process.

We give you the OPPORTUNITY, nobody can deny that, no matter what state you are in right now, you have the opportunity to show up each and every day to get better.

HARD WORK is something that is part of the furniture with us. Nobody comes in and coasts, goes through the motions, talks a good game and can’t back it up, it’s an honest place and hard work is one of our deepest values.

A million people on the outside will not believe you can do great things, they will not believe you can better yourself, they won’t believe you can get radically faster, stronger, more balanced and have a lot more agility as well as much improved mental health, but STRONG EVIDENCE shows us that you ARE doing all of those things and proving a ton of people wrong.

Remember when opportunity meets hard work and you have patience with the process, great things WILL happen over time so stick with it and SEE IT THROUGH!!.

Family first/health first

The biggest gift you can give your family is get them active and keep them active.

It’s a lot easier when your whole family exercises.

Some may not be into it as much as others, but that’s when the family boosts each other confidence just when they hit a low, and they need to be picked up, that’s the value of a strong unit boosting you continuously, and when negativity comes, you can all relate your own struggles when you wanted to give up, and how you got through it to eventually feel better and get your health to a better place.

When your family is healthy, you all feel better, your emotional and mental health will be in a better place, and you all deal with the big stresses in life so much better.

Life is a struggle at times, there will be many losses and disappointments, but through that you will have many victories too. Exercise is your ever present punch bag, your stress pit, the place you can unload all the rubbish you may have picked up some days.

Is is said the deeper the VALLEY you go into in life, the HIGHER the wave you will ride on the way back UP!!!

I urge you to back each other, keep moving, get those closest to you moving, and reap the vast emotional and physical health benefits.

You are tired, you can’t do it today-

Reality is you have either not slept enough ,got to bed too late, or eaten rubbish food.You haven’t made it today or yesterday or all week even all month-

Your workouts ARE NOT important enough to you anymore, you have forgotten all the good intentions you had when you started.Even when you aren’t feeling well, you know it’s because of what you eat and how little you move, you know you should move a lot more but you keep on drfiting along.

You need a massive RESET and to remember your deep down reasons to get fit, to not go down the route of relying on the doctor’s surgery to bail you out with tablets just to get by in life.

It’s a free country but I do know when you challenge yourself more again, ultimately you feel btter.When you get back into a schedule of eating right and working out properly again, you will sleep better and your wellbeing will have a massive lift.Every action you take has consequences and outcomes, both good and bad.

Your time for a RESET may be right now before everythng gets out of control.

Tues 14th May

I’ve always told the story of the multimillionaire who would swap all his money and possessions JUST to have his health back-i trained his wife for years and unfortunately he was too sick by the time I got there to start training with him , and unfortunately he passed way before his time despite his vast apparent wealth.

I hear a health story each and every day, a health worry that goes one way or the other, and people come to train with us often at the top of their games all the way down to individuals recovering after big surgery or illness, or both.

That’s why big cars or houses don’t impress me much, but big recovery stories from the depths of despair are much more impressive to me, and I am full of admiration to all of them.

When you put all of it into context, your TRUE wealth is your health and if you hear what I do every day, it’s definitely NOT a cliche-it’s the reality of life. 

Your options and opportunities all rely on having your health, you feeling good right now rely on you not giving up on your workouts and eating right-those habits always lead to good health, but we realised long ago it takes a lot of work and daily action, great things always have a price and you rolling up your sleeves with a great attitude is a priceless asset to have in your life right now and long term,.

Nothing good comes easy, nothing ever lands in our laps easily apart from a low nutrient, dodgy takeaway from Just Eat which always sends our health the WRONG way.

Never take your health for granted, put in the work to feel better not only for how you look visually but internally too, your body is a powerful machine and it needs looking after daily.

Monday, 13th May

There are times when you need to talk about your problems and it’s actively encouraged instead of bottling everything up.

But there needs to be a place where you need to be uplifted too, a place where you can laugh, learn a lot of new stuff, and every time you enter, you see real and easily measured improvements, and when you walk back out, you feel on a different level not only physically but mentally too.

This is why we exist as a gym. 

When you are having a tough time, you must escape to somewhere that will crush your doubt, destroy any negativity you may have and make you believe you have the ability to create better times ahead for yourself.

Feeling good is not a one off thing, it should be a daily practice and you need to recognise why you feel good at certain times, and why you feel down in the dumps. Triggers usually create both.

Whatever is going on in your life, your triggers to feel better should be putting yourself into a much more positive environment, to exercise and move most days, and put good fresh food into your body to energise you and help you recover after your great physical efforts.

We all have choices, make sure you only help yourself by doing what’s tried and tested to make you feel and perform better in life.
