There are two camps in life right now.

One camp is the one GRATEFUL for how they could move this year already, how well they could adapt to the challenging new programme, and how much better their year will look if they have great health. They are very much glad they got going.

The other camp in life is bragging how much time they had over Christmas, and how “lucky” they are to have yet another week off even if nobody else is off, even if it does mean binge watching Diagnosis Murder and Ramsey’s kitchen nightmares, everyone “ought to be jealous yes?”-somehow envious pf the mundaneness of this schedule?

Rest is good but the longer you celebrate being inactive, not doing much and celebrate yet one more week eating rubbish, the harder it is to get going again, and the more likely you will settle for mediocrity, settle for a lifestyle where you become an “expert” on takeaway menu’s and an expert on binge-watching trash TV shows. Your mental health will also be likely on the floor because you have little to stimulate your brain.

When you challenge yourself every day to get better, you force yourself to rise to the challenge. When you challenge yourself, a different type of mindset takes over, watching trash and eating trash no longer becomes acceptable, no longer satisfying and definitely not fulfilling in any way, and you realise that you were destined for much better in life after all.

Do more in life and your sense of purpose is very strong and have everything to live for, and you will get up every morning raring to go extremely eager to get stuff done!!!

2nd Jan 2025

You have a massive advantage in life if you wake up every day with HOPE in your heart that everything is going to turn out ok!

Our hopes will eventually turn into our actions if you wake up every day believing things will only get better.

Of curse setbacks happen, of course things won’t always go your way, but our hopes and aspirations will take us a long way, and that belief will always fuel our actions.

When we have hope, we take regular action most days, we tend to have different outcomes compared to most people in life who never act on their aspirational thoughts.Of course its much easier to not try, to not have a go, what would “so and so say”-WHO CARES!!

I urge you to live with hope, take action every day and keep battling through the GOOD AND THE BAD TIMES, because that’s what it’s going to take when the level of belief will go up and then down a bit but you MUST do everything you can do move forward and stay in the fight..

Do that and you have strong CHARACTER, and you will have plenty of support along the way from us-THIS year is waiting for you to do great things..

Jan 2nd

Having a break is fantastic, but taking too long a break means we start accepting what comes with not exercising.

I have trained a lot of people over the years, this is just one of the things that can creep into our lives without us barely noticing.Joint pain-When me moves less, we usually put on weight, and because we rely on exercise lubricating our joints, and pumping blood around the body is so great for circulation, the opposite tends to happen, when we try to move again, everything aches more, and pain starts to invade our body from our new found ‘slower” lifestyle..

If we ignore it and just accept it over time, living on painkillers becomes a normal part of life and we start to “look back on the glory days”, when we used to move around without pain and we had great freedom of movement..

If we accept a life of not exercising, we must accept the many negatives that comes with it, physically and mentally too.Life is full of opportunities when we move more, we eat well and we get fresh air every day. There are numerous good examples of this and many people you know doing great things.

You will also get people championing the “whats the point lifestyle”, telling you that eating rubbish, doing zero exercise and drinking heavy is the “ultimate freedom” somehow.

Apart from the strain they put on the NHS and the strain they put on closest to them, ask them are they really happy?Life is a choice, it’s jan 2nd and you have every opportunity to make the best choice for you.

1st Jan 2025

Welcome to 2025!

The gym starts back tomorrow Jan 2nd. As I end my self-imposed social media exile (I find it highly beneficial to refresh my mind as well as giving my great clearly of thought), it’s vital we approach the New Year with fresh hope, fresh excitement and brand new belief that this year really will be our most fulfilling, happiest and most rewarding year in all ways.

Unless we believe our best days are ahead of us, we will continually live in the past, with all the good but equally all the bad, and that will never do us any good when it comes to be optimistic on what’s the come.

Yes remember the good times, and the sadness but it’s vital we put it behind us and do the things that will elevate our mind, our wellbeing and our sense of hope and possibility, and WE MUST take responsibility for that and not not keep blaming anyone else for life holding us back.

Life tends to work with us when we try, when we get up and have a go, and not hope for life to knock on our door with a million pounds in a briefcase and give us great health as we scroll Netflix on our settee and ordering yet another takeaway, feeling sorry for ourselves again and telling social media how hard a time we are having (the truth is hardly anyone ever cares but they DO CARE about you getting out of that horrible vicious circle of life).I urge you to take charge of 2025 by having great clarity with your thinking.

Your workout will make you feel better not only in your body but your mind too.Combined with good food, it will raise your energy and help you live with great health and not in sickness, life DOES NOT have to be one of illness and bad luck, create your OWN better future by your own actions and deeds.Great things await and 2025 is waiting for you to jump on the bus full of positive people at the gym wanting to elevate their lives in every way possible.See you tomorrow!Keri

Dec 19th

6 days to Christmas and all of you find yourself in all sorts of different scenarios. Many of you feel on top of the world, some of you are frustrated that you haven’t had the best year you promised yourself, some of you fed up as you are beginning the journey to recover from serious injuries, some of you struggling from mental health issues, some of you transformed your lives for the better, some of you reversed diabetes, some are ex-smokers now with amazing fun capacities, there’s a LONG list of different situations all of us find ourselves in.

It’s. easy to power on when life goes well, but when we feel disappointment, we have deep frustration and we want to give up immediately and throw the towel in-it’s the normal human reaction..What separates us is how we REACT to defeat, disappointment and things not going our way. Will we quit or will we fight back like never before?

Will we use the pain of disappointment to fuel a comeback like nobody could ever imagine?!!!In the movies, the most inspirational stories are the ones where the main character has had pain, defeat, disappointment, sadness and asked the questions “shall I carry on or quit and accept my ‘fate'”?

We cheer on that character when they decide to fight and have a go again and become relentless in there pursuit of success, fulfilment and happiness-ALWAYS against the odds.2025 is all set up for you to do amazing things and get back into the fight-and you have our FULL support to prove everyone wrong and be amazing.
