“WE not me” culture.

Circumstances dictated that I left a one on one culture when it was all I did a long time ago, I still do it but nowhere near in the numbers I used to do..

Running a gym I see as still training individuals, because that’s still the main thing we do, Getting as many individuals as possible performing better is what we do and it gives me great satisfaction.

Given EQUAL amount of time to everyone to achieve this is key, and I can’t do it any other way and it’s done with full transparency,

EVERYONE needs help, and our goal is to offer better and better service and knowledge, as most of you have different needs and difficulties that need sorting out once and for all.

Understanding that when you come to our gym it’s going to be a fully immersive experience is important.

If you have one issue with your movement and you don’t sort it out at the start of your journey, that issue will only become bigger.

There will be times when some people need more help than others, but the intent will always be to help EVERYONE, and it’s important for everyone to buy into that philosophy.

It’s tough to think how many physical conditions we treat in one evening or morning, but we keep pulling it off. This works particularly well when everyone is onboard, nobody is selfish for their own needs, knowing that a maximum one minute later, I will be with them and frequently I will avoid going to the toilet even until everyone is served and I can spare 30 seconds or so.

People who come from other places tell us all the time they are used to zero help or care.

It’s all about WE, and never about “ME”, its about being fully inclusive and helping EVERYBODY..

Thurs 1st May

The most urgency we usually show in life when we are learning and when we have to see things through no mater what, however difficult.

Thank you to everyone for sticking with our programmes for years now, and letting us “practice” on you and teach our new ideas and principles.

Many of you know we are going through a very transformational time right now. I am learning new skills, and like any course, it’s great to have so many of you to practice on, after all it’s only through practice and experience we all keep improving. .

Learning new things opens my eyes, and then passing that new information/teaching method onto yourselves is always exciting for me, and makes my days fly by, and ultimately will get better results for you.

I was always puzzled why certain people would always stay injured, in pain and show no signs of improvement, only emptying their bank balance going through processes that never seemed to yield any decent result.

In my mind, there has to be a process of getting better, a process to enable more movement and get out of pain, a protocol that is tried and tested to help individuals move better, perform better and have strengths on BOTH sides of their body, achieving symmetry by working on weaknesses, and not accepting “that’s the way it’s always been”.

THIS is what we are working on, an even more in depth system of assassin individuals, working on their weaknesses more in depth, and resolving longer term problems with movement that have been restrictive in many ways for so long.

This is a time of huge urgency at the gym, a state of heavy learning and implementation of new teachings that will guarantee us to become much better as a gym and naturally much better results for your health and performance.

Thanks for sticking with us as we continue to keep learning, and are determined to see it through.

1st May 2025

Cleaning your teeth is part of your day, something you need to do.

Having a shower is part of your day, something you need to stay clean.

Getting a good night sleep allows you to rest properly and thrive the next day.

Eating healthy makes you feel better, perform well, keeps you in good health have good energy levels and helps you recover well from your workouts.

Your workout should be part of your day, something you NEED to do, to keep your quality of life and let your body function like it was supposed to.

Dangers of staying in bed all day

Well done to the NHS for promoting the health DANGERS of inactivity and staying in bed all day-please SHARE this information to as many people as you can. This poster was seen in Carmarthen hospital yesterday.

NHS tells us people over 80 who spend 10 days in bed AGES muscles by TEN YEARS!!!

One in active day in hospital can result in 5% muscle strength LOSS.

The poster continues saying loss of strength could make the difference between dependence and INDEPENDENCE.

Many people clapped the NHS in recent times on their doorsteps, whilst the greatest support you can give the NHS is trying to move more yourself, eat more fresh and wholesome food, get fresh air and strive to have more human contact and company which stimulates your mind.

Staying in bed often seems like the “easiest” option, but the consequences can often be devastating, with falls and severe balance problems often another big direct consequence that so many go through.

Stay active, help the NHS but most importantly help yourself to stay mobile, independent and keep your self confidence to do as many things as possible and keep your quality of life high.

How to be your best

Control what you can control this week, you can’t do anymore.

Accept you have to work hard.

Accept you have to eat real wholesome food to look after your body inside and out.

Be grateful of the opportunity you have to move your body every day, there’s plenty who haven’t so make the very most of it.

Make every effort to be around people who will fit you up and encourage you.

Give encouragement to others, you never know how positive words from you will impact others’ lives.

Be prepared to learn new things, none of us know it all, we are all life long students.
