BUT after that, you MUST give ALL your energy and power to SOLUTIONS.

When you give it everything to improving your life, things really start to change.

Too tired to get up early and exercise? Get to bed earlier, exercise hard that day and expose yourself to fresh air, and OVER TIME you will become a morning exerciser.

Changing your potential toxic environment into a supportive and encouragement environment is life-changing, swapping negativity and toxicity to one of empowerment over time changes the way you feel, performance and what you achieve in life.

Eating holding you back? YOU be the one who gets the food in for a change, and be decisive and change it in-bring energy GIVING foods into your house, not energy draining ones and fuel yourself properly for lifestyle change and empowerment-the buck stops with YOU.

Give all your energy and power to SOLUTIONS-make it happen if you want it bad enough!!!

We all sometimes struggle on am Monday, ALL of us. But here is ultimate answer. Show up today AND tomorrow and you WIN your week end of story!!!

Today will blast the cobwebs away, today will help enormously to get your mind right, today will be your catalyst and the time you light a match on your week.

Whilst others are bemoaning the weather, bemoaning their lack of energy, bemoaning their lack of motivation, you will be off to a flyer and your body will be loosening up, getting stronger and developing unstoppable momentum to complete a fantastic week by friday.

Today and tomorrow sends a massive signal to your body and mind you want and need a great week, let’s go BIG and make it happen!!

Lots of people don’t feel good anymore, in terms of feeling unhealthy and overwhelmed, I get the comments a lot in general life.

The question you need to ask is “are you doing the things a healthy person would do”? Broadly and in general, you will know what it means to be healthy, fit and strong or you should know by now.

You may talk about wanting to be healthy, but there needs to be a follow up from you on your habits, normal behaviour and actions.

Exercising 3 times a week-can it be ticked off?

Eating healthy 80% of the time with an occasional treat-can that be ticked off?

Exposing yourself to a positive and encouraging environment and people-is that something you practice REGULARLY.

Do you have fresh air every day?

Common sense questions, but in reality, many people don’t actually follow these vital practices for body AND mind.

You GET to do a workout today, that is something you should NEVER take for granted.

An opportunity to feel better, to get stronger, to get your heart, lungs and bones a lot stronger and more resilient, and to have great uplifting company along the way.

Never view your workout as something you “have” to do, because most people who have had their health leave them wold swap places with you in an instant.Opportunity exists right now, don’t squander it.

Checklist for this week

  1. Get fresh air today, getting your head right for your week starts here.

2. Have enough clean healthy food in the house. If you have high sugar, food full of chemicals, fizzy pop in the house, you are only destroying your health and not building it up and nothing good will come from having that rubbish in your house, physically OR mentally. A great week for you means eating right and cutting the rubbish OUT.

3. Sleep is medicine. Early nights matter more than you think, providing you with enough energy, enough drive and enough recovery from your workouts to do great things day after day.

4. Choose the people you allow on your bus CAREFULLY. At the gym, we need those who are fully onboard with our mission, we need those who offer positive energy and encouragement, we don’t need anyone on the bus who don’t share our values, they can join another bus, our mission is strong and to see it through, we need an army of positive and uplifting soldiers determined to do GREAT things.

A great week awaits, get yourself fully prepared and practice these steps daily.
