Day 69 out of 84 and we are almost there!!

15 more days and we will have more winners of our challenge that has tested you more than any challenge that has come before.

The warm sunny weather today confirms how long you have been at it. We started at the darkest point of the year, it was freezing, cold, dark and miserable but we knuckled down and tried more things out more than any other period of our history.

You can’t try all of these new things out constantly unless we have a big hard core of hard training athletes who are willing to give anything and everything a go.

When you sacrifice so much, it’s clear you should benefit immensely too from all of your strength, balance, endurance, speed and agility efforts of everything we do, the results have been so overwhelmingly good.

The great news is that there’s plenty more to come due to your willingness to keep trying new things, and it’s not only the body benefits, but it’s your mind that stays fresh too.It’s a great start to the week already so let’s keep it going strong.

9th march

Can I express my pride at everyone’s effort all day and all night, and a great monumental last effort in Dan’s class to make a memorable day!!!There are literally no excuses not to get a great session in.

When anxiety is high, the world is a bit of a mess, then your workout can be your only time of sanity at times.

When you are looking for a sanctuary of positivity, support, contagious enthusiasm, then you know where to come.I know what all you are capable of, but at times too you must make that move above where you are now, to a place that you may think is beyond you but when you test those boundaries, you discover you are entirely capable of those great things.

Love the rainy dark days sometimes because that weather is testing your resolve, your grit, your determination and your spirit.Do you really believe sitting in the chair watching rubbish on tv is anywhere near as good for you as getting a sweat on with our workouts?

Thought not, so make sure you are always an individual of action rather than talking a good game!!

Monday 7th March-day 62

Doing what you can control makes all the difference, and the sense you are taking charge of your life, rather than anyone else is liberating.Never leave it others to get your workout in, there’s 24 hours in a day to fit at least half hour in, and it’s all about feeling better full stop and makung sure your day turns out better.

Exercise should never be a chore either, it’s something you GET to do, rather than something you have to do.Complaining you are too busy to exercise, and then also complaining you feel awful is ridiculous because it’s the fact you aren’t doing anything is the reason you aren’t feeling good.I never hear people with kids who train with us say they are too busy to train, I never hear people who often work 10-12 hours a day complain they didn’t have time to miss a session-they STILL make it.

What I do hear about plenty though is the people who don’t class exercise as important, they may complain they have to go to a wedding on the saturday and therefore can’t train ALL week, they may have a haircut later that evening, so cannot possibly do a morning session and so on.If you are fed up with feeling rubbish, if you are fed up with joints aching, if you have zero energy, then get MOVING, quit making excuses, get some fresh air, and prioritise feeling good which means making your sessions 3 times a week and give all the rubbish food you bought AWAY to someone you don’t like, as its never going to do you ANY good.

28th feb-day 55 of the 12 week transformation challenge

I see miracles happening every day, what we thought was immense and unbeatable last week/last month often turns into something we do without thinking about now.I see individuals learning to walk again after the first time in years, and the blood, sweat and tears that requires which is deeply inspiring, because it only happens after going through many different stages.

But miracles happen ONLY when you keep showing up for your sessions, only when you are prepared to take what you eat seriously because it’s impossible otherwise, only when you believe in yourself that it is possible, don’t worry about the “how” yet, it’s the consistency of constantly getting better that matters the most, because if you are always getting better, that will always lead to a much better place and ability level than you are right now.

If you keep showing up, then this time next month you are bound to be in a MUCH BETTER PLACE guaranteed.

Feb 22nd-embrace the grind on day 49!!!

Day 49 of the challenge, and get used to putting the UNGLAMOROUS things into your progress, without anyone watching, because the new normal for you should be showing up every day and seeking out new challenges and accepting our fresh offers to improve, because by now, you should absolutely know it’s so well worth it!!!

I see a huge amount of you slamming the great work in day after time, without complaint, looking to get better each time. and here’s a BIG THING, you should know by now that if you aren’t eating well, then a lot of your progress will be gone, in terms of recovery, body fat loss, lean muscle gain and repair, and all round energy full stop, so make sure you back up with your training with good fresh food that will nourish you, repair your body and set you up for unstoppable success.I love non-complainers, I love those who take personal responsibility for the way they look and feel, those who avoid any excuses for not showing up, those who know that if they continue to keep showing up, they will only get better and over time, the results will be staggring and sensational.

These are the great people I have great pleasure in working with, so love the process and love everything we throw at you because it’s all designed to work wonders for you.Embrqce the grind!!!!
