Don’t ever be tempted to stop reading positive messages every day.
Don’t be tempted to believe that of this somehow won’t work for you.
Your fears are NOT real, they are just emotions you can and will master.
Don’t believe what we teach is somehow only for “a chosen few”, those who have money and the time to implement it. This is for ALL of you. Never has there been a place with such equal real life opportunities and zero favouritism. Let’s hit it hard every day.
Your mighty vision of what you always wanted to be will release the talent within you to achieve it. You must first have ambition though, and be prepared to work hard for it.
If you fully commit today to being better, then my guess is that in 6 months time, you will have wished you started earlier.
This monday, make your commitment to being better and achieving even greater things your priority. Commit right now to the habits that will transform you and literally change your life.

Your magic starts happening when you start to DO, to BE and you do things CONSISTENTLY.
All the talking in the world will never make up for this. If you want to see talkers, just look around you in any pub, cafe, college, workplace, just about anywhere where people are sitting around often for hours just “talking” about things, how things “should be”, and if they had such “luck” or “different circumstances” they would be successful too.
The less time you spend talking and the more time you spend doing, will directly affect your success rate, your possibilities in your life will suddenly go up, your positivity will go up because you are not dragged down by others negativity, and you will suddenly WANT to become someone who DOES because you will that you CAN become successful with consistent action.
Getting the magic going in the first place can be the hardest part. Getting someone to move in right direction is hard, but getting someone to take the first step can be monumental.
Once you do it though, it will become like a runaway snowball, one good thing will build on the next good thing, then the next positive thing, and all of these will build on each other to become something of value, something big that has momentum behind it, and will become soon a habit of yours that you won’t want to stop.
The snowball will become an avalanche.
We talked about best practices the other day, the habits you need to practice every day to become better. That hour you need at the start of the day to get your mind right, to get active straight away and plan your day with positivity.
Planning your meals, hanging around with positive people and influences, and scheduling in all of these things including a great workout in the evening if you missed it first thing.
Good days can happen through intention, if you get used to planning more, scheduling good habits into your life and the company you keep on a daily basis becomes very positive, with many people encouraging you when you tell others of your new positive plans.
To become more, you have to do more on a daily basis, and don’t stop until you reach where you want to go.

Most people when they start with us are only focused about losing the fat or weight that they are most concerned about, and not a lot else.
This is frustrating in a way because there’s so many more benefits from exercise and eating right than just losing body fat or losing weight. We are so convinced of this that we never weigh anyone, only measuring blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat, waist and hips as weighing only can be a false indicator on your true progress.
We encourage everyone to focus on the process of self-improvement, the actual journey, rather than the losing of weight only.
Making long-lasting, lifetime changes takes time. We try to make sure you do it safely in the least amount of time, but we try to help you understand what you are doing along the way to your body, how your body reacts and what you need to do to keep the progress sustainable.
We always strongly discourage quick fixes and crash diets because all the weight comes straight back on once you finish it. Plus you won’t learn anything from crash dieting, you won’t learn anything about yourself and you miss out of the great journey that comes from getting in shape gradually and making it a long term lifestyle change.
If all your focusing on is the scales, then you need to change your focus right now. I need people who look great at 11 stone and those who are overweight at 10 stone. The scales never takes into account your frame, the lean muscle you are carrying, time of the month, your athletic goals and many people hold water for different reasons for example.
Focus instead of what can you do today to move closer to your goals? What choices can you make? How can you be more positive about your life and what positive action can you take to improve it?
Start forgetting about the scale and start celebrating your non-weight, non-scale victories along the way. The more you do this, the more you realise it’s more about the journey than just losing weight.
Examples would be
1. Getting enough sleep for a change, starting your day with energy instead of having restless, interrupted sleepless nights.
2. Fitting into your favourite clothes for the first time in a long time.
3. Running up a flight of stairs without being exhausted, instead of struggling one step at a time.
4. Keeping up with your kids/grandkids playing for the first time in years.
5. Having a strong medical with the doctor instead of constantly having worries with blood pressure, heart issues/cholesterol etc.
6. Being able to do everything around the house instead of struggling to do the lawn even, move furniture etc
7. Have the confidence to do your first 5k, 10k or charity bike ride.
Change your focus, forget about your weight and realise that your non-weight victories are your most important things that will really change your life.

Here’s the stage when you reach a kind of fitness “nirvana”.
When you miss a workout, you actually really miss it because you don’t feel as good.
When you have a mega stressful day, you don’t skip your workout, you NEED your workout because it’s the very best way to get rid of your stress!!
When time is against you on a particular day, you schedule in an early session no matter what, you hit the sack early so you have enough energy to train, and you just know this early session will set you up for the rest of the day because you will be overflowing with energy.
You know in the past that taking time off from exercise has had a detrimental effect on your health, and you know the more time you take off, the harder it is to start back again. Your strategy for life becomes one of staying active, because you know your wellbeing depends on it, and you know even small amounts of higher intensity exercise every other day can get you through a difficult period of your life.
Exercise becomes your best “thinking time”, that rare time when you spend time just for you, and many individuals i train tell me they often review their day when they exercise, plan the next day or work out a difficult solution to something all during their workout, as it gives them clarity they don’t get the rest of the day.
If you are exercising regularly, don’t let anyone put you off. The facts are that you are taking care of yourself for a lifetime, your heart, lungs, all your vital organs will all be in better shape if you exercise and eat right. You will likely live longer and a better quality of life, and what you imagined old age to be may not be quite so bad after all, in fact you will likely get a new lease of life!!
Those who exercise regularly no matter what aren’t selfish, they are often more giving as they have way more energy! We all have 24 hours but if we have a lot more energy we usually have more drive, be more optimistic, will have much more energy for others, and we will automatically be much more focused on achieving more during each day.
This stage is what we all work for, real fitness is not about vanity or showing off, its about looking and feeling good, and being healthy on the INSIDE and out.
