Monday, August 24th

You will have noticed today that we have a relentless approach to getting pain out of your body. With the warm up, with the extensive work on our rollers, there’s no way you should soon be having any pain in your body.

When you have no pain, you are free to perform at your true potential again with nothing to hold you back.

Some of the stretches and exercises will have literally taken your breath away, but this is only the first step in getting much deeper into your muscles. You will soon get used to it and your flexibility and recovery ability will only accelerate.

When you add on the incredible core strength and toughness you are developing, then your body is going to feel, perform and look completely different again.

Thanks for a great start to the week, and you can hopefully already feel that you’re getting to know your body so much better now too.

Saturday 8th August

We open monday inside officially after 21 weeks closed due to government instructions, but we return in a position of strength.

There will be 34 already well-established classes taught by me outside as usual, this is a fantastic environment for everyone and we owe an enormous debt of gratitude for YOUR support, many said they wouldn’t work but YOU MADE them work and now they are a permanent and well-received part of what we do. 

Inside the gym will be a booking system too. Many of you have booked already and have your arranged regular slots. As stated in previous messages, you will be temperature tested before you enter the gym, you will be shown how to wipe everything down after you with our chlorine and other sanitising sprays throughout the gym. We have operated this system already outside and we are very well versed in the process and it’s natural to us now.

We have been cautious on the numbers allowed in every hour and your safety is our number one concern.

Social distancing will be enforced inside just like outside. This will be monitored at all times. As long as everyone is sensible, it can work very well indeed. Personal responsibility will be very much encouraged at all times.

Emma Williams’ class makes a welcome return too every friday 630pm, so whoever wants to book into that class, you are welcome to do that directly with Emma or I can pass your request on too.

Our children classes too are going enormously well and all parents should be enormously proud of their children’s great efforts.

There still will be online videos going on at www.kerimckibbin.co.uk every day monday to friday and we are now at over 800 videos, and we continue to have enormous support and usage of our online system., and we owe you enormous gratitude for keeping that going so strong and still expanding.

I will still be one on one training very early on certain days.

There is new equipment at the gym, we have invested heavily in outside equipment and mats as you will know too, there is MORE on the way which is exciting, and It is clear we are very much focused on continuous improvement and being the best WE can be. That will never stop.

July 25th

Our exercise films on www.kerimckibbin.co.uk now store 4.1TB of films and counting.

In plain language that is huge. Your storage on your Sky box for films is usually just 1TB, so that may put it into some context.

We exceeded our bandwidth again yesterday, and Justin Lewis who is doing an amazing job managing it, had to increase our bandwidth again by a factor of 20. He also said it needs twice as much bandwidth as the next busiest site on the server. He has been incredible with our IT support, and always sorts any problems out there and then at a moment’s notice.

Thanks you to all of you who have made a big success and so busy, and we remain committed to making two new films a day, Monday to friday, including yoga. 

There’s a ton of different ability videos and a huge variety of workouts and targeted area workouts too, plus rehab and prevention of injuries.

July 25th

Our outside classes are running very well indeed, so much so that members who actually participate in them, want us to keep this system in place as it’s different every time, and has maximum accountability.

Class times are Monday to Friday-Mornings are exceptionally busy, evenings are very busy too, so much so that I have to keep ordering more mats! We will not be making the classes too big to ensure maximum quality, so if you were planning to get into them, I would do so very soon.

Times are 945, 1035, 1120, 330, 430, 530, 620

Friday last session will be 520pm.

Kids class is 1120am Tuesday with more likely to be added soon.

You have to book every session so message me and we can sort it out.

We will never advertise them as we don’t need to, and current members come first, we have never advertised the gym EVER, the experience of the class and gym should speak for itself.
