Here’s one important statement I realised a long time ago.

WHATEVER you put into your training and eating, you will get out. Unlike a team sport where some players get the glory, it’s down to YOU on this one. Put the effort in, get benefits that will build up, and build up until the results becomes something quite special.

If you cheat, then you won’t get out what you really desire. There’s no way around it, you have to put the work in. The best thing though is once you develop more experience with us, you will get to like it, and where your body will take you.

There’s nothing better than developing pride in being the best you can be. Whatever stage you are on in your journey, the principle of getting out what you put in will NEVER change.
